About the GMAC Executive Assessment
-
GMAC® Executive Assessment is designed for Executive MBA programs. The Executive Assessment (EA) has new ways to evaluate candidates for admission.
-
An EMBA is a type of MBA specifically geared toward established, experienced managers who want to advance their careers to even higher levels. However, more and more full-time MBA programs accept the test as well.
-
The Executive Assessment is similar to GMAT in various ways yet is believed to be an easier alternate. The test features Quant, Verbal, and Integrated Reasoning questions. Ultimately, you can think of the Executive Assessment as “GMAT Lite.” The EA has all the same elements as the GMAT, but stripped down to a more basic, simpler version.
-
This test is intended to be a boon for busy working professionals looking for a way to demonstrate their EMBA readiness to admission officers but without the hassle of rigorous preparation that the GMAT demands.

GuideMe has really played a vital role in my acceptance into INSEAD Abu Dhabi. Even though I was working on such a tight deadline and schedule, because of my work, everyone at GuideMe helped me achieve what I have dreamt for many years, to do an EMBA from INSEAD. The preparation for the Executive Assessment exam was top-notch.

For someone who last took a competitive exam really long ago, their classes were extremely well-structured and the option of taking any number of doubt sessions was a blessing. For me, they are real superstars.

Always available (even for 2 am calls) to provide the right guidance and support. One thing I noticed which sets GuideMe apart was they always had a super-strong network of alumni from all the top business schools, and in my case, they were able to connect me with a few alumni from INSEAD both from France & Abu Dhabi campus & those interactions definitely helped. Keep up the good work guys!

Going back to studies after 15 years, I was really nervous, but then I found GuideMe. It was the best decision and it was because of Abheet that I was able to sit for the EA exam.

Starting from Namrata’s amazing guidance, I reached the classroom where I met Abheet, I was surprised at how he can make quantitative aptitude so easy. GuideMe is fabulous, getting into LBS was a dream, and EA was the biggest hurdle.
GuideMe helped me make my dream come true with their amazing teaching support and great learning too!
For all of you out there, looking forward to appearing for your GMAT or EA, Abheet has the most structured path to your success.

I am sincerely thankful to GuideMe.

Having been out of school for over ten years, I was initially dreading preparing for the GMAC Executive Assessment.

Luckily I was referred to GUIDEME by a friend and the tutor immediately put me at ease and talked through the process with me.
Without any background in GMAT/ EA, it took me only 2 months to polish my quant and verbal skills. They not only helped me overcome my test-taking issues but also helped me score a perfect quant.
Wharton. EMBA. Admitted. Thank you guys!

Is Executive Assessment Adaptive like GMAT?
Each section of the Executive Assessment is presented in two panels, with half of that section’s problems in each panel. For example, the first section, Integrated Reasoning (IR), consists of two panels of 6 problems each, for a total of 12 problems. Within any one panel, you can move around and address the problems in any order you like. We at GuideMe always recommend answering them all; there’s no penalty for incorrect answers. The first panel of the IR section will include easier, medium, and harder problems.
